Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using any service provided by AisleDrift Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local statutes and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use AisleDrift Store's services. Where you access our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you affirm that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

AisleDrift Store grants you permission to use its services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, unless AisleDrift Store has given you prior written authorization to do otherwise. In connection with your use of our platform, you must not:

• Fail to comply with any governing law or regulation, including consumer protection and product safety requirements
• Send unsolicited advertising, promotional content, or spam through our platform
• Seek to access our systems, user accounts, or inventory databases without proper authorization
• Misrepresent yourself as any person or entity, including AisleDrift Store personnel or fellow customers
• Deploy automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest product pricing, inventory data, or user information from our platform
• Submit fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods
• Resell AisleDrift Store products for commercial purposes without obtaining our express written consent

Product Information and Pricing

AisleDrift Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise concerning product information, pricing, or availability, AisleDrift Store may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the inaccurate information, at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variability — such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials — minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only, and AisleDrift Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability of products may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by AisleDrift Store. AisleDrift Store may, at its sole discretion, decline or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Unless AisleDrift Store agrees otherwise in writing, full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected at pickup. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at the time of delivery or pickup. Should an item in your order be unavailable, AisleDrift Store will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All materials appearing on AisleDrift Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "AisleDrift Store" name and branding — belong exclusively to AisleDrift Store and are safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any AisleDrift Store content without obtaining our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by AisleDrift Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that take place under your account. You must inform AisleDrift Store without delay of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. Where you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for ensuring that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions applicable to restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AisleDrift Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. AisleDrift Store's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. AisleDrift Store is not responsible for failures or delays in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AisleDrift Store's services shall first be submitted to AisleDrift Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

AisleDrift Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where we make material changes to these Terms, AisleDrift Store will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using AisleDrift Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
